Tracking for the last episode of Friends
What can I say about the opportunity to be part of one of the most successful television shows of all time? For nine of the ten years the show was on, me, Gregg and Matt Bissonette, with various other guitar and keyboard players, created musical cues for the show. It was the ultimate "steady gig". More than that, it paved the way for all of the session work I eventually got to do so much of, work that required you to be on time, totally versatile and fast… almost all the session work I did required you to play your part, particularly solos… in one take!
